FIELDS ON THE PROPERTY LADDER
The property market is definitely not the one-way bet it used to be, even when you have the help of a National TV programme. So, when the Parnell family discovered that their latest development venture,
the conversion of the old Swan Inn between Egham and Staines into luxury homes, was to feature on Channel 4’s “Property Ladder”, they had to make sure that every little detail was done to perfection.
Luckily, they put the decorating in the hands of Fields of Reading who dispatched one of their most experienced teams (in brand new overalls!) to make sure that everything was just so. Steve Spicer and
Keith Dance have 74 years of professional experience between them, painting everything from Royal households to childrens playgrounds. So getting this job just right was a piece of cake for them.
“Every job is different” says Keith “and the advantage of experience is knowing just what techniques will bring out the best in the property and give the client what they want. Tiny details can make all the difference.”', which is why choosing the right decorator, whether you have an audience of millions, or just your family and friends, is so important.
